Ododo’s aide on Community Relations, Isah Albert Omeiza, has recommissioned the Achoze Farm Centre Solar-Powered Borehole, bringing back water supply to the community after more than 16 months of inactivity.

The project was revived under the leadership of His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, Executive Governor of Kogi State, whose dedication to grassroots development made the intervention possible.

Speaking at the event, Omeiza hailed Governor Ododo for his passion for the people and urged residents to support his administration by securing their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).

“This borehole is not just water; it is life to the people. We must collectively protect it to ensure it serves us for many years,” he said.

The event was attended by Hon. AA Okene, APC Chairman of Okene Local Government, and the Onyukoko Ward Party Chairman. Omeiza also urged the community to remain security conscious and safeguard the project.

With the restoration of the borehole, residents of Achoze now have renewed access to clean and safe water, a development many described as timely and life-saving.
