In a strategic move to enhance legislative leadership, governance and service delivery, the Member Representing Ajaokuta State Constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Jibril Abu, has appointed a team of aides to support his legislative and constituency duties.
While addressing the newly appointed aides through his Personal Adviser, Hon. Jibril congratulated them and urged them to demonstrate diligence, professionalism and accountability in executing their responsibilities. He emphasized the importance of TEAMWORK, INTEGRITY and FAITHFULNESS in ensuring that the aspirations of the people of Ajaokuta are met.
“As newly appointed aides, you have been entrusted with the responsibility to serve the people diligently through my office. I expect nothing less than total dedication, overt SACRIFICE and efficiency in carrying out your respective duties,. I have given my whole lot in sacrifice even in the face of Paucity of funds all because I want my people to experience it better and differently. However, it must not be myself alone but a collective task by all of us. It is TOGETHER TOWARDS TOMORROW. We will keep raising Leaders and not thugs who will keep giving their all sacrificially with a bid to putting smiles on the faces of our dear constituents”, Hon. Abu stated.
He reiterated his commitment to delivering quality representation and urged his aides to work in alignment with his vision of progress, development and people-centered governance.

The appointees, drawn from various Wards across the Local Government, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve and pledged their loyalty and commitment to the tasks ahead.
To equip the new Aides with the necessary skills for effective service delivery, Hon. Jibril Abu also known as WisdomBank decided to organize a comprehensive Training program focused on leadership, governance and administrative efficiency. The Training aims at strengthening their capacity in executing their duties effectively and efficiently whilst ensuring they contribute meaningfully to the legislative and constituency goals.
The appointment of aides is seen as a strategic step towards strengthening Hon. Abu’s legislative agenda, fostering greater grassroots engagement, bringing governance closer to the people and ensuring that the needs of his Constituents are adequately addressed within possible means.
