The residence of Kogi State Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, continued to receive a stream of mourners on Sunday as dignitaries and associates paid their respects.
Among those who visited were the former Governor of Edo State and Senator representing Edo North, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole; Chairman of Tak Agro and T2 Communications, Mr. Thomas Etuh; and the Chairman, House Committee on Ports and Harbours, Hon. Nnoli Nnaji.
Governor Ododo also received his former boss and chief accountant of the defunct National Electricity Power Authority (NEPA), Mr. Gadzama Apagu, who was accompanied by Mr. Dikko Marcus, a close friend of the Governor. Other visitors included Alhaji Ahmed Sanni, a neighbour of the Governor, and Alhaji Yakubu Idris, who travelled from Lagos to condole with the family.
In addition, the Governor received the forum of former commissioners and other political appointees who served under the immediate past administration of Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
