The Head of Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Mrs. Didi Esther Wilson-Jack, has reaffirmed her commitment to empowering female journalists in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) through training and collaboration aimed at promoting workplace diversification and gender inclusivity.
Mrs. Wilson-Jack made this pledge when she and her management team received a delegation from the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), FCT Chapter, led by Chairperson Comrade Bassey Ita Ikpang, during a courtesy visit to her office in Abuja.
Commending NAWOJ’s efforts in amplifying women’s voices in the media, the HCSF expressed enthusiasm about collaborating with the Association on capacity-building initiatives. She expressed joy that the NAWOJ she knew way back has sustained the tempo and doing very well in the FCT.
