In a proactive step towards bolstering ease of doing business, ensuring quality assurance, and enhancing customer satisfaction, the Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Shehu Mohammed, recently conducted a comprehensive visit to the Drivers License Capture Centres, Road Signage and Number Plates production plants, and the Print Farm. The purpose was to assess contemporary challenges faced by these facilities and to address them effectively.
During his visit, he reassured the motoring public of his administration’s unwavering commitment to improving the quality of service across all FRSC products and services. While inspecting the facilities, the Corps Marshal conducted on-the-spot assessments of processes and equipment, identifying challenges with the intent to tackle them head-on.
He disclosed that the outing was fruitful, as evident challenges were identified, and he pledged that these challenges would be fully addressed in the near future. Moreover, he emphasized that the technical partners of the Corps would be engaged to devise solutions and ensure lasting resolutions to all issues encountered.
The Corps Marshal reaffirmed FRSC’s dedication to continuous improvement in the quality of services and products provided. Specifically, he assured the public that ongoing challenges with the National Drivers License portal would soon be resolved.
