Staff and workers of the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) Headquarters in Lagos have commended Dr. Kayode Opeifa for what they described as visionary, inclusive, and exemplary leadership. Many staff members offered prayers for his long life, sound health, and continued success.
Engr. Wilson Abdulwasiu praised Dr. Opeifa as “a leader with a genuinely good heart toward NRC employees,” while Yahaya Illiyasu prayed for God’s constant protection over him. Several other staff shared similar testimonies, noting that Dr. Opeifa’s leadership style promotes unity, transparency, and a collective commitment to progress within the corporation.
In his new month goodwill message, Dr. Opeifa attributed the successful completion of the Lagos–Ibadan rail line in three years to the strong team spirit already displayed by the staff. He expressed confidence that with the same level of commitment, the NRC could deliver a complete rail project within a single four-year administration.
He urged all staff to remain focused, intentional, and dedicated to the corporation’s developmental goals.
