As we celebrate the birthday of the phenomenal Prophet Emma Menta, founder of Amen Church of Christ, we take a journey through his ministry, passion, and commitment to serving God and humanity. In a special interview with Weekenders magazine, Prophet Menta shares his story, challenges, and triumphs shared to the Media.
A Calling to Ministry
My name is Prophet Emmanuel Menta, and I hail from a humble background. My journey into ministry began with a deep sense of calling and purpose. I have no regrets about becoming a pastor; in fact, it’s a privilege to serve the Lord and His people. My ministry is all about touching lives, changing lives, and making a positive impact in the world. I believe my ministry is making a difference in London and beyond, as we preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, pray for the sick, and deliver people from bondage, and give back to the needy.
Ministry’s Impact
My ministry’s impact is evident in the lives of people who have been transformed by the power of God. We’ve seen people go from “nobody to somebody,” from “zero to heroes,” and from “curses to blessings.” Our church is a prayer, prophetic, healing, and deliverance service, and we’re committed to making a difference in the lives of our members and the community.
Challenges and Overcoming Them
Like any ministry, we’ve faced our share of challenges. However, I believe that with God on our side, we can overcome any obstacle. Prayer, faith, and perseverance are key to overcoming challenges. We’ve also learned to trust in God’s sovereignty and timing.
Serving the Community
Our church is committed to serving the local community in London and members across the globe. We engage in various outreach programs, including food banks, youth programs, and community events. We’re also passionate about social justice and advocacy, particularly on issues that affect the vulnerable and marginalized.
Faith and Culture
Navigating the complexities of faith and culture in a diverse city like London can be challenging. However, I believe that our church’s message is universal and transcends cultural boundaries. We’re called to love and serve people from all walks of life, and we strive to do so with compassion, empathy, and understanding.
Mentorship
I’ve been blessed to have some influential mentors and role models in my ministry journey. They’ve taught me the importance of faith, perseverance, and humility. In turn, I’ve also had the privilege of mentoring others, and I’m passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders.
Church Growth and Outreach
I believe that effective church growth strategies include prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and community outreach. We’re committed to reaching new people and making disciples of Jesus Christ.
Staying Grounded
As a man of God, I prioritize spiritual practices that help me stay grounded and focused. Prayer, meditation, and Bible study are essential to my walk with God. I also believe in the importance of self-care and taking time to rest and recharge.
Ministering to Different Age Groups
Our church is committed to ministering to people of all ages, from children to Senior Citizens. We have various programs and services designed to meet the unique needs of each age group.
Partnerships and Collaborations
We’re involved in partnerships and collaborations with other churches and organizations that share our vision and values. These partnerships enable us to make a greater impact and serve more people.
A Message of Hope
As we celebrate Pst Emma Menta’s birthday, he want to share a message of hope with our audience, particularly the youth. Don’t give up on your dreams, and don’t lose faith in God’s goodness. He’s got a plan for your life, and it’s going to be bigger than you can imagine. Trust in Him, and He’ll take you to new heights.
